Dehydration folly

Drink. Not Alcohol, and not just water, but electrolytes. I thought I was over training on the new Kickr, in summers 19 and 20, but I was fooled by the A/C and didnt drink enough. Drinking and doing much better this year. Also note August 2020 when riding stopped for three weeks to recover from a back strain carrying a heavy ladder.
