I may finally break below 180 lbs again soon!!!

I did not start losing weight after buying the new trainer. I put on some muscle (though sadly the Tanita disagrees) and some weight. I'm just now getting to riding longer rides (>30 miles) and losing weight.

  1. I did so, briefly in September after riding 350 miles in August. I overtrained so hard I gained it right back by not riding for 6 weeks.
